Well we are back, and I have one very last load of laundry going, after 12 hours of it. We had a BLAST, but in no way was it the least bit relaxing!

This is how she fell asleep on the airplane, after a 10 minute tantrum. Sitting up, sucker falling out, and when I tried to lay her down she kinda freaked and went right back to the same position!
Highlights:
*Flea Bites, if you couldn't tell from the title.
*Hadley had absolutely NO FEAR towards the costumed characters. In fact, WATCH THIS. Actually, that video was probably the 3rd time she had mauled, I mean seen Dora for the day.
*Famous words of an 11 year old:
-(as we are checking in the rental car) "Hey Brent! Where did that big scratch go?"
-(as we are in line for security at the airport) "What were you guys saying about you could pack liquids that explode?"
-(in the HUGE CROWDED line for Universal Studios) " I bet midgets are happy to come here! Its cheap for them!" For kids/persons under 42" there was a slight discount.
-Donald Duck dancing with Hadley
-Dora
-Dora
-coming home to my comfy, bug free bed
-I lOvE Disney land. It was by far the best. It is so magical, and so fun to see the little ones light up at every little thing!

Stupid Nose
Well, noses maybe. Mine has completely shut down, allowing the smallest pin hole only in one nostril for me to breath through. And for some reason trying to breath through my mouth only leaves me suffocating, like it is against every natural reflex my body has. Noses because as I laid in bed for the last 90 sleepless, airless minutes (and I didn't get to bed till 12.30....its now 5) I would loved to have leaned over and screamed at my husband "QUIT SNORING!" and pushed him off the bed.
It could have a small something to do with the fact that my older brother will be here in 75 minutes to escort Brent, Haddie, my nephew Connor and I to the airport. This is where I am nervous. No...not to fly, but making it through security, taking off 8 pairs of shoes, praying the 11 year old has NOT tried to be sneaky and bring his bear-hunting knife, and that I can wrangle I and the 2 year old back into shoes and backpacks before she announces "I RUN! I FUN!" and takes off. We are going to Disney, Sea World, Zoo and Universal, and I am putting my tail between my legs and packing the toddler leash, and printing off stickers "This child belongs to...please call if found..." to put inside all of her shirts. I am not lying. This kid loves to run.
Funny conversation we had last night in the car (for Grandma)
Brent and I chattered on, what we still needed to pack, charge camera batteries...Blah blah blah.
Haddie: No daddy, I talk a (to) mommy! (more of a yell)
Me:OK Haddie, what do want to talk about?
Haddie:Umm...Ummm...Ummm....Mommy? My hair so cute? so pretty?
Brent: Oh my, you are SUCH a girl
Me: (so proud) YES BABY! Your hair is SO cute!
*-*-*
Off to do my hair, get dressed, try and wake up family, pack Tylenol PM maybe, and pray that my brother didn't think I meant 6.15 pm.
Im going to Disneyland!
4 & 1/2 months pregnant, but FINALLY I get to go to Disneyland. Watch out kids, crazed woman coming through...

I like pepper
Every night at dinner we come across the same problem. Hadley wants to put massive amounts of pepper on her food, we tell her no, and it hits the fan. So tonight we tried a little "I told you so." It worked as good as everything else we try with her...It didn't. Just watch and learn how the pros do it.
Licking the pepper. Even snorting it a little. No bother yet...Adding more...
and yet more again...
Finally! "Pepper Hot!" The I told you so moment. Wait, no. She says "I like pepper!"
Now, big gulps and a bath. And please child, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EYES!
Posts like these are not for everyone, mostly Grandmas who giggle at this and then tell all their friends.
Egg dying: As if you haven't seen enough of these type of pictures. Notice the toddler eating a Popsicle? Yes, that is my egg thrower. First egg down within 60 seconds. Oh wait. Not down, not dropped, no "oops" here. The egg was CHUCKED at McKaela, splattering the door behind her. Temper, this child! The most decorating she did the rest of the night.
I was really fascinated by this egg, as fascinated as you can get by dyed eggs...
Showing off our new manicures...Fun spring break with Aunt Kacy. Haddie had her toes painted, too. She lets everyone know "Guy do it, Guy paint my toes."
Easter Morning. I realized later as I was telling Brents sweet, humble, very religious Grandmother all about Hadleys basket, that the Easter Bunny had quite a rebellious streak. A gun, butterfly tattoos, and a toolbox. Yes, I did cover my toddler with tattoos, strapped a gun to her belt and sent her off to Grandmas with her toolbox. Not to worry though, she still loves pink and her growing collection of tutus! I'm not training a tom-boy! I just want her to be well rounded?
Ant pile.
Flying a kite with Daddy, probably the best part of the day for her.
I took a few pictures of my BFF Tiffany's babies. They are so cute!

-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
And Finally...
To my Mom, Grandma, Aunts, Brothers, Cousins and whole entire family...not to mention my Gramps. I love you and you are all on my mind this week, as always, especially tomorrow. Love you.

naughty naughty naughty.
Tuesday 4:45. I have already vacuumed twice. Mom and I have painted, I have to be to a work meeting in an hour, Brent is on his way home, and Hadley...glued to the tv. Do I dare? I do. I shower quickly, leaving my bedroom door open so I can hear Hadley. At one point she comes into the bathroom and jibber jabbers, I tell her "Go watch your show" she says "ah wight" and I continue washing. When I get out, I think, "ok. something is not right" So dripping wet, with only my towel...Yes I really can be mad at this face!
This is GoldBond Body Powder. With Menthol.
This child will go places in life. She can do a lot in a short amount of time, and she is very meticulous. She even takes the time to sprinkle powder on every item left on the floor. Her apron...
The chair, and all of the floor under it...
All the junk I had pulled out of her "new bedroom" to paint in there...she even got the framed picture and all of the VHS videos...
She insists on posing. Just evidence in my opinion.
At this point its still a little funny, till I realize how it must feel in her eyes. I strip her down to her diaper. She automatically takes off her diaper. She then starts patting her bum and body with her GoldBond Menthol powder covered hands. This is the part I start to freak a little.
Between looking at the clock, wondering WHERE IS my husband, what is taking him so long, my towel is falling off, starting to vacuum and ITS NOT COMING UP...This is when I start to cry.
These pictures don't show the half of it. It is sprinkle all the way down my hall, on everything. And it doesn't clean up easily.
Dora is still on, and I shut the vacuum off to reposition my towel. Hadley walks up to me butt naked (as am I) and says "You dance me? Mamba?" Laugh. Cry. Curse. Brent walks in and I am saved. I dress and leave him with a mess to clean up. For the love. And I am having another lovely girl. Double trouble...Oh the drama. Would it have been this big of a deal to me if I had not been overtaken by hurry and hormones? Probably just as big of a deal, just without the tears. Just more cursing.
*~*
Its time again to wish this young man:
A very happy Birthday. I have a soft spot in my heart for him and his sweetness. I have a big surprise for him...Not telling now. Lets just say it will be a late birthday present, a long time coming. Love you Bear.
And to show my latest crafties...I promise I am not just trying to sneak in more pictures of Hadley. She wont leave. She is pooping while she is smiling for the camera, mind you. Very photogenic. If I was to do this I would not take such a good picture. Anyway, this is my great-grandmothers old suitcase I made into Hadleys dress-ups case.
In between pictures she would run to look at herself on the camera, and run back to pose some more.
Oh, and I love the way the suitcase turned out.

i fun pookey
Sunday, 1pm. Snow. Sweats. Sleeping Baby. Quiet house. Ahh.
Hadley was "kidnapped" yesterday by her Uncle Adam and Aunt Jess. So I in return was surprised by my honey and taken up to Park City for the night, where we ate out, got too cold and went to bed early. Then complained that the bed was too hard, the room was too noisy, and neither of us could breath through our noses! Lets just say we are well out of our honeymoon stage, but a little r & r was nice and very needed! I had a silly brain fart when I was in the candy shop...I had walked around a little bit, and a man in there asked "what are you going to have?" I looked at him and said "a girl." He was very confused, and I...very embarrassed. He meant what to eat, and here I am with a big baggy hoodie on, probably not looking the slightest bit pregnant to him (except for the slobbering over the ice cream counter)assuming he is so excited by seeing a random pregnant lady that he must know now what the sex of the baby is. So with my red face I got a huckleberry ice cream cone and left. He didn't even work there!!
I one day would like to be kidnapped by Aunt Jess and Uncle Adam. New shoes, new friends, play land, Wheeler Farm, new coloring book, and...
creepy Easter Bunny. Not only did they spoil her, she LOVED their dogs, especially the little boston terrier Pookey. That's all she would say when we came to get her was "I fun Pookey!" Poor dog. And she only had one melt down (pretty good for no nap) at McDonalds, but Adam was a pro and calmly took her outside, and when she came back in she said "i sorry" to everyone and ate her food.
So yes...ITS A GIRL! though most of you know by now. We are happy, excited, nervous and already saving for weddings. Hadley has no clue what is going on, I think she is still too young. She just knows I am working on her "new room." I will post picts of that when I actually accomplish something in there...
We just booked a 6 day trip to CA, doing Disney, seaworld, universal & zoo, and taking an extra guest! SO excited, and got the OK from my DR to ride some rides. We really could use a vacation, especially Brent. His new job has him so stressed all of the time, he needs to giggle and play and just enjoy himself.
And now...picture time. Mom took us all to Discovery at the Gateway. It makes me feel good to see this picture. I did not take it, but I remember seeing him thinking "Man, he is a sweaty boy." Oh good, he was just being naughty, playing in the water!

~today~
My laziness is showing...
I feel as though I might be getting a little more energy (I say after my 2 hour afternoon nap!) But, overall I don't know if it's the time change, or advancing in my pregnancy, but I seem to be able to do normal things without being wiped out.
I am a little more emotional the last few days though, but besides ornery and crying, I have had a few moments of joy.
I am loving...
.just today finally feeling a little twitch, I'm assuming I feel a baby move!
.the baby calves in the pasture down the road
.sunshine FINALLY and a little warm weather
.the thought of finally spring cleaning. hmm...nesting maybe.
.giggling while watching Hadley line everything up in little rows, only to move it all somewhere else. in. little. rows.
.this little guy. Caleb Manuel Turman. My BFFs new baby. Though within two weeks he was back at the hospital w/RSV, poor guy and poor mom. But he is so sweet..finally accomplishing something with this blanket, for Caleb. I did two others, just the fabrics are swapped, but have only finished one more. 2 down 1 to go...
.a girls night. thanks to the boys for taking off without leaving car seats, we had a girls movie night and it was FUN. Hadley asks "You couch me?" when she wants you to sit with her on the couch, then makes you wiggle down so she can put her little arm around your neck and pat you. I love it.
.messes.(sometimes funny)I really am sick of cleaning this room, only to have it look like this within 2 hours. I mean, come on. maybe we can leave it like this till I move her to her big girl room (not started yet) and I can just throw half this stuff away. *notice* the naked bum...our other struggle. next she will pick up a random pair of pants off the floor or dirty clothes basket and put them on, probably inside out, no diaper, and insist on wearing them the rest of the day.
.And in 7.5 days finding out BOY or GIRL. I want a girl, but I want a boy. I think its a boy though, but it makes me sad not to have another girl. Oh, I don't know. I just hope its healthy and full of sass like its big sister!
