So Close to Done...

This was the first weekend in a long time where I was glad for Monday to come around. I am POOPED. I worked Wed thru Fri, long, never ending days. Saturday we had a fun filled day at LAGOON with Brents work, and Hadley shocked me by LOVING IT! As soon as we got out of the car she was squealing at the roller coasters, saying "wow" and "up" and "wees." After each ride ended she would sign "more" while saying it over, over and over. Funny, she has the beginnings of a cold today. From germs, maybe? Hand in mouth after dirty rides, sick.

This is the point where my camera battery died. Lucky for you, that shortens this post somewhat!

Sunday, was zoo day. Stinky, sticky, fun zoo. The reason behind this, (besides many Sundays of the boys out riding horses, and the girls feeling the need to get OUT) was to FINALLY finish Hadleys ABC book. Accomplished.
For this one, my sil is going to email me this picture. This is why I am oh, so so close to being done.

And because this post is not quite long enough, I am going to share with you a list of loves this week:
*Comcast Cable for having a 90's music station. Nothing reminds me of Jr High and High School like Spice Girls, Marky Mark, and Mr. Wendell. I have been listening to it regularly now. Right now it is Cranberries.
*Surprise party for Brents boss tonight. Sushi. Barf. I tell you, I am looking forward to spending good CLOTHES MONEY on a meal that will keep me gagging for the next 3 days. "Can you just bring me some lettuce and some water? Oh and maybe some plain rice" I wonder if they will be offended if I bring in a McDonalds Bag of food? Would I still have to tip?
*Fall. I love it. The smell, the cool air, the pumpkins. MMMMMM. Halloween. I can't wait.
*Edward. Ok, I'll admit. I am a little hooked. I am bribing myself with book #3 only if I get my fall deco out, and my house cleaned. Then I can go buy it. There are certain things that bug me about the books so far, and I have to remind myself its a fairy tale. Bella is just a little too co-dependent for me, and the men in her life are fairly controlling. That, and I must be a major perv, because all I keep thinking, is can Vampires have sex? and if he runs that fast, what is he going to do to the poor girl on their honeymoon? And I keep wondering about the size....Ok. I'll stop there. Perv, Kacy. Get your mind out of the sheets!
*OMG THE OFFICE! Did anyone else see the premier? I totally think Angela is pregnant! Another fun show to watch: Tabathas Salon Takeover. On Bravo. If you like hair salons, I guess.
*Edward. Oh wait, I said that already. I just can't get him out of my head. Tiff warned me, said I would feel like I was being a little unfaithful to my husband. Well, hm. Kinda!

LOL get your mind out to the gutter girl!! I guess I need to read the books now. Off the topic lets get back to the cute stuff your ABC pages are amazing as usual was fun to help you out with some of them. Ice cream is much better than those dots that gave me freezer burn on my tongue. You might need to give this post a rated "R".

You crack me up! I think for the X page, you need your Mom's video of Haddies potty party and all the paper trails! Definitely X-rated...NOT! I love the speed at which your brain works-wish I still had that kinda power!

Love your ABC book. What size are you printing the pages? Love the office. The actress was pregnant in real life but had the baby. All your Edward questions ..... love it.

The pages are 8x8, but I am doing it as a published book through Heritage Makers. Thats mostly why I am suddenly rushed, because I lose my credit on the 1st.

Yes I admit that's all I could think about in the books to but the fourth book wraps it all up for you and all questions are answered. Once again love the pages.

You are SO not alone about the Edward/sex thing. And you will be pleased with what goes on in book 4. Trust me. And if that makes me a perv, so be it.

I didn't like Bella for that same reason! Hello, have a spine. The only guy that ISN'T controlling and should be is her dad. WTH?

And once you finish book 4, let me know. We can discuss. It's quite a roller coaster ride. But so worth the wait! You were wise to wait til all the books were out. The rest of us waited with baited breath for the night of the release, pre-ordering that thing months in advance. Ugh!

Cute pics of you guys at Lagoon! My boys were mixed on whether they liked the rides or hated them. Kids. So unpredictable! lol

So I was supposed to make Cheryl a table runner type thing for her birthday and that didn't happen. It'll have to be late. We got the boys' school pics, I might frame them and give them to her instead. At least for now. :D

TTYS!

Love your pages that you finished... And yes, book 4 is much more fulfilling on the questions at hand, except for maybe one! But, I did the same thing with book 3, I had to lose so much weight to buy it, and then I gained it back while I stayed sedintary reading it!

Bella bugs me a lot because I think she is a tease. I mean what about poor Jacob? Am I the only one who is into him? I think he's more my type then Edward. He's big, brown, and warm. Edward is too white. And yes I thought about sex with Edward all the time.....oops I mean I thought about how he would do it with Bella.
I still haven't read Breaking Dawn so don't give anything away.
Your ABC book looks like it turned out great!
