Busy, Naughty and SUPRISE!!

Finally! I have been PRODUCTIVE!! Big cheers for me. I have stepped away from my computer on these last few days off, and accomplished some things on my list. First, I have been working on my neglected bedroom. Remember my nice new quilt? It needed to have some brightly colored friends on the walls, so I added this...
And these new additions, brought to you by my inner 4th grade child, are now hanging above my bed. My flowers look like balloons and starfish, the robin laid eggs in the fall, and birds just seem to float, not so much fly?I ordered that vinyl tribal/paisley-ish thing off of Etsy here, and it was delivered today. I only swore 3 times while putting it up. Anyway, this will, one day, be a mish mash of random, collage-like items...And YES, I know, I know. Messy dresser.
You know, collage like, kinda but not exactly like this... Oh, and painted my mirror. I know, so important for you to see where I pluck my whiskers, right by the window, for the best light...
While I was busy, Miss Haddie was NAUGHTY!!Notice milk on the couch, the rug, and on the pillows she used to rub it around. I now have good pictures to use for N, naughty, in her book... She fell asleep eating lunch today, Cheetos still in hand!I can't decide if I am becoming more neglectful, if she is becoming busier, or her ROOMFUL of toys really are just boring. Cake pans are actually very nice to sit in on a hot day, nice and cool.
And one more thing I am working on, a little kitchen hutch for Hadley, since she has so much fun with them...I still have to distress it, sew a curtain for the top shelf, add knobs, and paint faux burners on the top. That might actually take me another 6 months, at the rate I move. And now the surprise. Mostly because I know I wont post again for awhile, and these might be gone by then. Also, I would like to appear super accomplished (although I kinda ruined them) and post as many projects as possible, mostly so I feel redemption in the fact that I have not done anything for 3 weeks now. Anywho, MOM, these were intended for you, minus the mess ups. But I don't have to hang them in my house, so take'em or leave'em. Actually, I will leave'em, tomorrow, at your house. So get crackin on that office, so we gots us somewhere to hang these buggers!Ok, I know. Long and boring. You are used to it by now, right? One more picture to make this the LONGEST POST EVER...We went to the Davis County Fair Friday. This one I call "Little girl, do not feed the goats wood chips!" That's my Haddie!

WOW! You get a lot done on drugs - J/K.

I love the decorating ideas you're utilizing and Hadley seems to enjoy doing her own thing, as well. Aren't we glad for microfiber? She is definitely your Mother's kindred spirit!
