wow. wondering if anyone will even read my posts anymore.

camping.

that should explain it, right?
im looking forward to things settling down, cool-ish weather, deep cleaning my house, getting hadley into preschool, and wrestling my baby for cuddles. and maybe somewhat of a routine.

im hoping that fall finds me feeling like i am going to bed after actually accomplishing something in my day, and not just getting further and further behind.

i am very emotional about this:one year ago tomorrow this sweet, chubby, edible baby showed up and i haven't stopped munching on her since! one year old, and saying a few "words"
*sat! (whats that)
*dadada (dad)
*dadada (haddie)
*dadada (mommy)
*ya ya! (everything else)
*maaamaa (? usually crying when says mama...so im guessing its me?)
*mo (more, while signing "more" at the slightest glimpse of anything she can get in her mouth)
*iiii-eee (hi)
*aaah-aahh! (mwah! while open mouth licking you, kissing and slobbering all over your face.)
she has taken 2 steps, but prefers crawling jungle book-style, butt in the air. if you stand still for longer than 3 seconds, she is behind you standing holding onto your pants, holding you captive. she is so smiley, and full of personality, and getting sillier every day. i love her to the moon, and back, and around again.

if you are ever curious as to what the broderick family is doing, i made this little schedule for hadley today:i can say "today is a pink day" and she will know a little bit of a plan for the day? hoping it helps a little with a 3 year old questions "do i go to school today?" and "i am not going to take a nap!!"
